CRABP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRABP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRABP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAQP1, LINC02759, and TTTY25P. Each is linked with CRABP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRABP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRABP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAQP1 grouped by CRABP1-low versus CRABP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRABP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRABP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
