Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRABP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRABP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells. Each is linked with CRABP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRABP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRABP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NK cells grouped by CRABP1-low versus CRABP1-high in STAD.
