Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,398 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, LCP1, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with CR2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR2-to-partner and partner-to-CR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CR2 versus IL16 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
