Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC5, CCNB2, and CDC25A. Each is linked with CR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR2-to-partner and partner-to-CR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFC5 grouped by CR2-low versus CR2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
