Across TCGA patient cohorts, CR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ASNS, and MEK1. Each is linked with CR2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR2-to-partner and partner-to-CR2 results are reported.
