Across TCGA cell cohorts, CR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,714 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CR2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of humoral immune response mediated by circulating immunoglobulin, Regulation of humoral immune response mediated by circulating immunoglobulin, and Regulation of complement activation, classical pathway. Each is linked with CR2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR2-to-partner and partner-to-CR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of humoral immune response mediated by circulating immunoglobulin grouped by CR2-low versus CR2-high in OVARY.
