CR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,465 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, UFSP2, and ENO2. Each is linked with CR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR2-to-partner and partner-to-CR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBX7 grouped by CR2-low versus CR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
