Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,963 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, CNN2, and CDH11. Each is linked with CPZ in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPZ-to-partner and partner-to-CPZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPZ versus PCOLCE in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
