Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,471 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are HASPIN, OIP5, and KPNB1. Each is linked with CPZ in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPZ-to-partner and partner-to-CPZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HASPIN grouped by CPZ-low versus CPZ-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
