Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPZ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, ATM, and Rad50. Each is linked with CPZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPZ-to-partner and partner-to-CPZ results are reported.
