Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 195 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, PRY, and OR5G3. Each is linked with CPZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPZ-to-partner and partner-to-CPZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by CPZ-low versus CPZ-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
