CPXM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPXM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPXM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC17A5, TPMT, and NDEL1. Each is linked with CPXM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPXM1-to-partner and partner-to-CPXM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC17A5 grouped by CPXM1-low versus CPXM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPXM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPXM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
