CPT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,647 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIAA0319L, GPBP1L1, and COA7. Each is linked with CPT2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPT2-to-partner and partner-to-CPT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPT2 versus KIAA0319L in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
