CPT1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPT1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 662 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPT1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are B3GNT4, SLC25A51, and FEM1A. Each is linked with CPT1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPT1C-to-partner and partner-to-CPT1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B3GNT4 grouped by CPT1C-low versus CPT1C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPT1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPT1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
