CPSF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,318 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NXF1, RSF1, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with CPSF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF7-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPSF7 versus NXF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
