Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,051 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPSF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR74, TTC9C, and TUT1. Each is linked with CPSF7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF7-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPSF7 versus WDR74 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
