Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPSF4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CPSF4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher CPSF4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPSF4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

PDAC, LSCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CPSF4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
