Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,632 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPSF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NELFCD, NUF2, and NUP85. Each is linked with CPSF4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF4-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPSF4 versus NELFCD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
