Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPSF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,997 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, RNA localization, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with CPSF4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF4-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF4 results are reported.
