CPSF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPSF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,456 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EZH2, LMNB1, and TONSL. Each is linked with CPSF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPSF2-to-partner and partner-to-CPSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPSF2 versus EZH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
