CPQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,224 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-12, RPS29P33, and RNA5SP277. Each is linked with CPQ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPQ-to-partner and partner-to-CPQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-12 grouped by CPQ-low versus CPQ-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
