CPQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 201 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF6, PTH, and OR4D11. Each is linked with CPQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPQ-to-partner and partner-to-CPQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF6 grouped by CPQ-low versus CPQ-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
