CPPED1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPPED1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 836 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPPED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P57, MIR3944, and WHAMM. Each is linked with CPPED1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPPED1-to-partner and partner-to-CPPED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P57 grouped by CPPED1-low versus CPPED1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPPED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPPED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
