CPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEBPB, MUC1, and PAPSS2. Each is linked with CPP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPP-to-partner and partner-to-CPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPP versus CEBPB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
