CPOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPOX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, S6_pS240_S244, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with CPOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPOX-to-partner and partner-to-CPOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by CPOX-low versus CPOX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
