CPNE9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPNE9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,862 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPNE9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMOD2, RPF2, and RPL4. Each is linked with CPNE9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE9-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPNE9 versus TMOD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPNE9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPNE9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
