CPNE9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPNE9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,311 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPNE9-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRBP, MOAP1, and CFAP97D1. Each is linked with CPNE9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE9-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPNE9 versus STRBP in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPNE9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPNE9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
