Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPNE9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,484 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPNE9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Endosomal lumen acidification, and Mitochondrial calcium ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with CPNE9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE9-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by CPNE9-low versus CPNE9-high in LUNG_SCLC.
