Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPNE7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 763 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPNE7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4482, RNU6-781P, and RNU6-709P. Each is linked with CPNE7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE7-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4482 grouped by CPNE7-low versus CPNE7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPNE7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPNE7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
