The most reproducible CPNE7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by p53 class mediator, Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CPNE7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE7-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE7 results are reported.
