Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CPNE6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CPNE6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CPNE6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CPNE6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LIHC show a favorable association.
BRCA, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CPNE6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
