CPNE5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPNE5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,546 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPNE5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARF1P1, ANKRD20A3P, and RN7SKP28. Each is linked with CPNE5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE5-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARF1P1 grouped by CPNE5-low versus CPNE5-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPNE5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPNE5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
