CPNE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPNE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,663 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPNE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RMDN1, SCRIB, and STK3. Each is linked with CPNE3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE3-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPNE3 versus RMDN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPNE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPNE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
