CPNE3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPNE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,504 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPNE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPD52, YWHAZ, and CHMP4C. Each is linked with CPNE3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE3-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPNE3 versus TPD52 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPNE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPNE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
