CPNE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPNE3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPNE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FoxM1, and G6PD. Each is linked with CPNE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE3-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CPNE3-low versus CPNE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPNE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPNE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
