Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPNE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,519 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPNE3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blastocyst growth, Negative regulation of protein localization to centrosome, and DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair. Each is linked with CPNE3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPNE3-to-partner and partner-to-CPNE3 results are reported.
