CPM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,862 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, ZFYVE19, and TMEM222. Each is linked with CPM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPM-to-partner and partner-to-CPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 grouped by CPM-low versus CPM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
