CPM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLYATL3, MAGEB4, and STRA8. Each is linked with CPM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPM-to-partner and partner-to-CPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLYATL3 grouped by CPM-low versus CPM-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
