CPLX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPRS, NUDC, and SGTA. Each is linked with CPLX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLX4-to-partner and partner-to-CPLX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPRS grouped by CPLX4-low versus CPLX4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
