CPLANE2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLANE2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,232 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLANE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGT1, C22orf31, and ACR. Each is linked with CPLANE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLANE2-to-partner and partner-to-CPLANE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPLANE2 versus GGT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLANE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLANE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
