CPLANE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPLANE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,657 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPLANE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP4, IGHVII-46-1, and MCMBP. Each is linked with CPLANE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPLANE1-to-partner and partner-to-CPLANE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPLANE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPLANE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
