Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPEB2-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,151 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPEB2-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL4, RPL7, and STT3B_S498. Each is linked with CPEB2-DT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB2-DT-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB2-DT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPEB2-DT versus RPL4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB2-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB2-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
