CPEB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPEB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,055 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPEB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB1, DIRAS1, and C1QL1. Each is linked with CPEB1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPEB1-to-partner and partner-to-CPEB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPEB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPEB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
