CPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM33, CCT5, and HAUS1. Each is linked with CPE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPE-to-partner and partner-to-CPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM33 grouped by CPE-low versus CPE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
