CPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPE mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CPE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPE-to-partner and partner-to-CPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by CPE-low versus CPE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
