CPD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,939 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCYOX1, PIGS, and TAOK1. Each is linked with CPD in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPD-to-partner and partner-to-CPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPD versus PCYOX1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
