CPA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 843 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP14, RN7SL330P, and RN7SL561P. Each is linked with CPA6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA6-to-partner and partner-to-CPA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP14 grouped by CPA6-low versus CPA6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
