Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CPA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, 14-3-3_beta, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with CPA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA6-to-partner and partner-to-CPA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by CPA6-low versus CPA6-high in UCEC.
