CPA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 686 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Gland development, Labyrinthine layer development, and Positive regulation of protein import into nucleus. Each is linked with CPA6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA6-to-partner and partner-to-CPA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gland development grouped by CPA6-low versus CPA6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
