CPA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 371 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A5P4, RNU6-959P, and RBBP4P4. Each is linked with CPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPA2-to-partner and partner-to-CPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A5P4 grouped by CPA2-low versus CPA2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
